The formalities, our general terms and conditions
The delivery to your home or delivery address by good old german DPD.
From the moment we receive your order or payment the shipping of smaller orders and stock usually takes 48 hours during workdays. Larger or special orders for example special colours usually don`t take longer than 10 days.
In case the delivery may be delayed for some reason, we inform you immediately via email, fax or telephone.
There is no additional cost for partial deliveries. But remember we are unforgiving (to be honest the ladies in our company are): any new order will only leave the cradle if all your previous deliveries have been paid.
Within Germany we charge on all orders a shipping fee of 6 euros.
If the destination is Austria, France, Benelux and Denmark the amount will be 7,50 Euro.
Like always Switzerland is the expensive exception: it takes the impressive amount of 24,00 Euro to get the shipping done. Unfortunately we are not famous enough to bring the prescribed customs laws down to their knees, meaning Y O U will have to pay those exorbitant prices grinding your teeth.
Our options of payment:
Option 1: by cash on delivery, meaning you will have to pay the delivery fee plus an additional amount of 14.50 euros.
Option 2: by bank transfer in advance to our account. The ordered goods remain property of Crux climbingholds until the payment is fulfilled.
Revocation for private clients
You can return your order within two weeks without giving any reason in a written form (eg letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the objects. As soon as this note comes to your ears, eyes and hands keep in mind that`s the date of the deadline. In order to stay in time of the withdrawal period it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in the timelimit mentioned above to:

Not included are items that we ordered or produced specially for you and/or are not included in our normal range, such as climbingholds in special colors.
Revocation consequences
In case of an effective withdrawal each party involved has to return the benefit received. In case it is impossible for you to return the goods in the original state or condition you need to replace the value.
Forget about all you just read if the reduction of value is caused by the fact that the goods had to be shipped and the damage would not have happened if you had the opportunity to buy the goods in a shop nearby.
By the way you can avoid value compensation by not handling the stuff as if you were the owner or do things to them you would not want anybody to do to your own mother`s child.
In terms of returning goods from a total up to 40,00 Euro, you have pay the returning costs if the delivered goods correspond with the ordered goods. Otherwise, the return is free of charge.
Of course the return has to be done from a country listed above. Please do not return any climbinholds from Fontainebleau, Hueco Tanks or Thailand.

If the value of your delivery is more than 40,00 Euro, please call for the following form per phone, fax or e-mail our return form (form
8c-on/direkt9aWOGI). So you can return the whole delivery postage-free to crux.
All prices are specified gross prices inclusive good old german 19% VAT (tax for our beloved 51st state of america).
We note that there might be a difference between the color shown on your screen display, our catalog illustration and the color of our plastic products.
